this isn't art it is proof I was here. This Isn’t Art — It’s Evidence I Was Here

The Creative Mind Of One Bad Maa…

I don’t create because I’m inspired.

I create because if I don’t, there’s no proof I survived the moment,

that initiated that spark.

Art isn’t a hobby over here at One Bad Maa.

It’s a reflection of life, leaving behind

documentation of existence.

Rebel (wiping grease off her hands):

“If I don’t leave a mark, it’s like it never happened.”

Right? Who’s going to know it was me, who conquered all this.

Creativity Is How Chaos Gets Recorded

Life moves way too fast.

Too fast to process cleanly, ever.

Moments blur the further they are left behind.

Emotions pile up.

Days even disappear.

Creation is how I slow it down long enough to say:

This mattered.

Not for an audience.

Not for validation.

For memory of this moment, feeling, peace in time.

Lawless (spray-painting over something perfect):

“Pretty fades. Proof stays.”

Not Everything I Create Is Meant to Be Finished

Some pieces are extremely, and rarely not messy.

Some are half-built, and never even finished.

Some never leave the Realm (my brain), and just sit there till forgotten, or death.

Yet, they all still count.

Because creativity isn’t about completion —

it’s about witnessing yourself in real time.

Vex (watching the work instead of fixing it):

“Creation holds the moment so you don’t have to.”

And, it can and will hold it beyond even our own time.

You ever see photo evidence, of having a Great Great Grandmother, or Grandfather?

Someone you’ll never meet, but yet, that’s your family.

That’s someone leaving behind a piece of creative evidence.

Art Is a Record, Not a Performance

I don’t need every piece to be understood.

I need it to exist.

That’s it, plain and simple, take up space in this world, be a piece of matter somewhere.

Because silence has a way of erasing people.

And if you don’t tell your story,

someone else will tell it wrong.

Creativity is how I claim my version.

Rage (quiet, grounded):

“I don’t create to be liked. I create to be real.”

It helps keep the whole realm from burning down in her case.

The Realm Doesn’t Ask for Permission

In the Realm:

  • art shows up when it wants, it’s just one creative chaotic love story
  • stories interrupt life
  • creation happens between responsibilities

You don’t wait for space.

You take it.

You make your own space.

Meany (dragging scraps into a pile):

“This is ours.”

It doesn’t belong to anyone else, and it’s not asking for any permission.

vex's ruleFinal Word from the Realm

This isn’t art.

It’s evidence.

It’s a record.

It’s a trail left behind so nothing I lived gets erased.

I create because I was here.

And that matters.
