Nobody Was Arrested, But Everyone Was Questioned

An Entry Straight From The Realm Of Chaos….

Setting: The Bad Breed Maa’s were invited to a garage party, but there were un-liked guest, that are secretly against the realm invited, and the Maa’s know… Leaving it business as usual.

By the time the questions started, the damage was already done.

Nothing was actively on fire anymore, at the moment anyways.

No one was bleeding in a way that required paperwork.

And technically, technically, no laws had been broken, like many of those exist.

That’s why it got weird, and questionable.

A round about, what the fuck moment.

The Scene After

The Realm looked calm in that suspicious way that only comes after chaos.

A chair was upside down, in the middle of the room, for no reason at all.

Something glittered vibrantly that shouldn’t.

There was a helmet lying on the floor that belonged to absolutely no one present.

Everyone stood around pretending that this was the normal.

Rebel (arms crossed, neutral):

“We’re good.”

No one in the room believed her.

But no one challenged her words either.

The Questions

They came from people who arrived late to the scene, and were supposed to be there ahead of hour earlier.

The kind who say:

  • “Can you walk me through what happened?”
  • “Why is that dent shaped like that?”
  • “Whose idea was this?”

The Bad Breed Maa’s looked at each other.

No one volunteered, and answers.

Just smirked at one another, with a couple shoulder shrugs.

Lawless (shrugging):

“Depends who’s asking.”

But, she never speaks, only adds commentary on any incident.

The Statements (Contradict Each Other)

Rage’s version involved provocation. In other words, they asked for it.

Rebel’s version involved restraint. They might have been looking for more out of the Bad Breed Maa’s.

Vex’s version involved timing. If they didn’t walk in on time, worst things could have happened.

Lawless’s version involved vibes. The room stunk when Lawless walked through the door ,she just had to clean it up.

Meany ate the written report. It’s to believe through all the chaos her food got burnt to charred dust, she had to eat something.

Somehow, all of them were true.

What Was Missing

No one mentioned:

  • the warning
  • the pause
  • the moment it could’ve ended differently

Because that part always gets skipped.

It doesn’t photograph well.

It doesn’t sound dramatic.

And it makes everything else unavoidable.

Vex (quiet, observant):

“The problem isn’t what happened.

It’s what didn’t.”

The Conclusion Everyone Reached Separately

No charges were filed.

No apologies were offered.

No follow-up was scheduled.

Everyone agreed on one thing without saying it out loud:

This didn’t start here.

And it wasn’t random.

Rage (already walking away):

“Next time they’ll listen earlier.”

How the Realm Logged It

The Realm didn’t call it violence.

It didn’t call it justice.

It logged it as:mResolved through pressure.

Because in the Realm of Chaos:

  • escalation is predictable
  • silence is data
  • and questions don’t always deserve answers

Nobody was arrested.

But everyone learned something.

And, court of course was still in the future.
